The biblical basis for work starts in Genesis and makes it clear to us that work is a significant part of our relationship with God. God is a worker, and he invites us to join Him. Alde A. Ortega has spent more than 35 years as an executive in the construction industry. He retired from full time work in March of 2019 and is the founder and President of AHBA Group LLC. He draws upon his wealth of experience to provide consulting services to the industry that include: strategic planning, executive coaching, relationship management training, development and implementation of business processes, and sales support. Alde is a well regarded facilitator and public speaker and has delivered his testimony and other encouraging messages to several Calvary Chapel Men’s Groups as well as other churches in the area.
